RGV's villain impresses Pawan Kalyan

Abhimanyu Singh is slowly emerging as one of the most sought actors to play villainous roles. After impressing the critics and audience alike in RGV’s Rakta Charithra, he was last seen in Bezawada.

Now, we hear that he’s going to play the villain’s role in Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film Gabbar Singh. The film is the official remake of Salman Khan’s Dabangg and Abhimanyu Singh is going to reprise Sonu Sood’s role in the Telugu version.

When contacted,Abhimanyu confirmed the news."Yes I have already completed two schedules.It's a big budget film and people re waiting desperately to watch this film.I was pleasantly surprised to see that the director made my role much better and stronger than what Sonu Sood did in Dabbang." The film is releasing in March 2012.

Gabbar Singh is going to be Abhimanyu Singh’s first big ticket film in Telugu. Harish Shankar is directing the film and Shruti Haasan is playing the lead role opposite Pawan Kalyan.
